1. What is your favorite part about being a member at Flywheel?
Enjoying the fantastic layout of the facilities as well as all the wonderful people that call Flywheel home! Of the many co-working options in the Greenville area, Flywheel is by far a much better option. This is a well-laid-out facility that has taken into consideration all the areas needed for a co-working group.

2. How do you stay motivated and inspired in your work?
Having Monthly & Quarterly Goals while tracking my weekly Behaviors with Accountability Partners like Andrew Gissal, here at Flywheel. I also like to participate in monthly Roundtable groups that challenge me as well as hold me accountable.

3. What’s your vision for the future? What professional goals are on the horizon?
Continuing to support the Upstate Business Market with our fractional CFO services. I desire to add more Business Development personnel and support their efforts.

4. What advice would you give to others looking to make a positive impact in the workforce?
Be prepared to ask questions, and truly listen more than talking, with a focus on Giving more than Getting.

5. How do you see yourself contributing to the Flywheel community and supporting other members?
Continuing to invest time with others to learn how I might assist them with their efforts.

6. How has your time at Flywheel and the community here helped you reach personal and professional goals?
I feel more energized and passionate about my professional efforts from spending time around this place & people. I enjoy getting to know new friends and learning what they are interested in.
