Entrepreneurship Transforms Businesses at Any Scale.
Most new ventures face the same core challenges, whether they are launched by a startup team or a multinational corporation. Resources are tight, time is of the essence, and everyone must be aligned as they step into uncharted territory. Our principle partners have a long history of meeting these challenges, successfully launching standalone businesses, as well as investing our capabilities into a portfolio of early stage companies.
When I first heard about the Lean Startup – I was immediately confused. The root cause of the confusion is Steve Blank. After a successful career as a technology entrepreneur, he began teaching entrepreneurship at Stanford, U.C. Berkley, Columbia , NYU, and UCSF. He taught and wrote about the “Customer Development” model. In 2012 the Harvard Business Review listed him as one of the “Masters of Innovation”.
Sponsor an Innovation Challenge
Want to see where the next great idea might come from that will rock your industry? Sponsored innovation challenges allow corporations to publish a specific challenge statement to the global startup community. We have the experience and infrastructure to design and administer business challenges that attract the best talent and ideas that can be sourced internally, externally or a combination of the two.
Corporate Innovation
It’s easy.

Process of Exploration
Give it your time.
The process of exploration builds a large knowledge base for a company, information that couldn’t be gained through an acquisition. Yet many companies are hard-pressed to justify a focus on exploration in a world of increasing short-term pressures, especially on public companies with stock prices to worry about and dividends to pay. Those pressures cause businesses to be more oriented toward exploitation and the small innovations that come with that, rather than exploration and its bigger risks and rewards.
Get Better at Failure
Want to innovate?
Experimentation and failure are essential to innovation because, by its nature, an innovation is an unknown that can only be discovered through trial and error. Still, for all the startups that follow the mantra of “fail fast,” there are many corporate leaders who see failure as something to be avoided, not embraced. An innovative point of view, one that perceives failure as exciting because of the opportunities it presents, the challenge is to keep experimenting and learning until you get to what works.
